Welcoming interns at the Company is an excellent opportunity for students to get in touch with the real world, developing their academic skills in the workplace.
We value this aspect of Human Resource Management because we consider the Company’s relationship with the community in which it operates to be very important, but also because it’s also a privileged means to detect and attract young talents.
In summary, the different types of Internship are as follows:
Curricular Internships
Training periods at the Company in a field related to the trainees' academic plan. These internships are not subsidized, with only a daily lunch allowance being provided.
Protocol Internships:
Granted under cooperation protocols with different institutions, namely schools. These internships are also not subsidized, except when integrated into programs supported by community funds or if the said protocols specifically establish it.
Professional Internships
These are intended for students who have completed technical-professional training or attend or have completed high school or higher education degrees. Their main objective is to approach working life and develop skills in the workplace.
